The Printed Dragon is committed to delivering high-quality products with reliable and timely shipping. All orders are shipped from within the United States and are delivered only to U.S. addresses.
Orders over US $35 qualify for free standard shipping (threshold calculated after discounts and before taxes).
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited shipping fees are not covered by the free-shipping offer.
1. Shipping Locations

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from U.S.-based locations
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Estimated Shipping Times (U.S. Only)

Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary and will be shown at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.
4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
All shipments include tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If your package appears delayed, please contact us at ThePrintedDragon@outlook.com, and we will assist you in following up with the carrier.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

The outer packaging

The damaged item
We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
6. Delayed Deliveries
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by that carrier. While The Printed Dragon cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will assist with carrier inquiries whenever possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once shipped

Pre-orders (if applicable) may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
